Ebuana {E-bo-ana}

Ebuana means socialise/sharing in Efik, a language from Nigeria. The owner wanted the concept to be a variation on Spanish tapas, serving small plates of traditional West African dishes in a stylised, modern environment. The brand needed to have a strong African identity, like the owner, but also reflect the rich culture and heritage of the food it inspired.
